In a licensed infant room, the day follows the babies rather than a fixed schedule. Teachers feed, change, and settle each infant on their own rhythm, then use the awake windows for floor time, tummy time, reaching for toys, and being talked to. You will see adults down at the babies' level, holding and responding to coos, and repeating simple games. Quiet music and soft light often mark nap times.
